After a week of plate-less-motorcycle-driving, I finally found time to go to the LTO and settle things to regain my plate number. In just an hour everything is done. Thanks to the fixers around.
Ideally, I hate red tapers but when time arises, they seemed to be beneficial specially for stubborn citizens like me. heheh
