Weight Loss?

Eversince highschool, I always dreamed of a trimmed and fit body and yet until now, had never achieved it.

I made a promise that by the 27th of August, I should weight 160Ibs which is my ideal weight for my height. This time I would be more serious about this for me to look better, feel better and be confident.

DISCIPLINE is the only key to this program. Kaya ko to!
